Purpose

The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the website lemuscat.fr.

Booking & No-Show Policy

Confirmation: A booking is only final once confirmed by the restaurant via email or SMS.
Late Arrival: In the event of a delay exceeding 20 minutes, the restaurant reserves the right to release your table.
Cancellations: Please inform us of any cancellation at least 2 hours in advance.
Abuse: Repeated "No-Shows" without notice may result in the refusal of future bookings.

Prohibited Use & Security

Users agree not to disrupt the proper functioning of the site. We record IP addresses to identify and block any malicious behavior (spam, bot attacks, script injections).
